Great Clips partnered with Saturday Night Live cast member Mikey Day to spread the word that a haircut coupon was the real star of the tourney. Plus, for the first time ever, Great Clips featured a college athlete, three-time All-American Hunter Dickinson, in a national TV spot. Dickinson and Day co-stared in comedic content perpetuating brand messages. To generate additional excitement and coupon redemptions, Great Clips leveraged an NIL deal with Iowa's star point guard Lucy Olsen and influencer partnerships with other social-savvy players.
